Delicious Vegan Veggie Pasta
16 oz your favorite pasta
2 lbs fresh cherry tomatoes or 2 cans of stewed tomatoes
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
2 cloves garlic crushed
5 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp of Sebi Holistic Garden Golden Irish Sea Moss Gel (link below)
1/2 medium carrot chopped
1/2 medium celery chopped
2 medium sized zucchini chopped
1 yellow squash chopped
1/2 cup thinly sliced basil
1 tsp Crushed red pepper
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp of Seasoning Salt
First you get a pot, with the pot you put the heat on a medium- high level, then your oil and put it in the skillet to heat up, with that you throw your onions, celery and carrot together, and sautee that!
After your onions are sauteed put your squash, zuchinni, garlic, basil, tomatoes and peppers, sautee those up, then put appromixately 2 cups of water, with the 5 tbsps of Sebi Holistic Garden's Organic Sea Moss Gel, so you can add your amazing minerals to your delicious meal, in the pot with all the seasonings. Put a cover on the pot , lower heat to a medium-low and let boil for about 10 mins (stir occcasionally), and start the noodles while the veggies boil.
Once the noodles are cooked, fix your plate and enjoy your meal!
